I help professionals to become the best version of themselves

My years of experience is a strength in the coach trajectories that I have accompanied. I have worked 25 plus years as an Human Resources Director. Both nationally and internationally, I support CEOs and leadership teams with coaching and training trajectories. 

Aside from coaching, I design and deliver workshops and webinars in 3 languages (English, Dutch and French) 

As a certified Practitioner in Insights Discovery I have accompanied numerous professionals and teams to a higher level of effectiveness on a personal, commercial, team and leadership level with regards to communication and collaboration.

My customers describe my coaching style as motivating, pragmatic and human. With attentive listening, an open mind and no judgement. 

I enable my coachees to discover the themes from their own world of reference, so they can discover their needs, their ambitions and beliefs to arrive at a sustainable insight and/or result.

Free Introduction Conversation
Introductory meeting to get to know one another. During this meeting we will discuss the different trajectories possible, my coaching style, based on which you can decide on the coaching trajectory for you and formalize that.

Intake: what is going on?
What is on your mind? What is going well? What is not going well? On which themes shall we work? Which ones will we leave aside? This intake is important to get the aim crystal clear and formulate clear objectives.

Ready to get started?
Depending on the number of objectives, we will explore the theme of your choice per session. This coaching trajectory will be complemented with individual or collective workshops, team supervisions, to explore the sustainable transformation you need, in line with the expectations of all parties.

Where are we now?
In every trajectory there is an intermediate evaluation. The progress made is shared on a regular basis, as aligned with the coachee.

Have we achieved our goal?
At the end of each trajectory, we will make up the evaluation. Based on the objectives finalized, a final evaluation session will take place in presence of the coachee, the company and/or HR responsible and the coach.

Aftercare
In order to realize a real change and sustainable transformation, I will follow up 3 months after finalizing the trajectory in order to hear about the progress and what is potentially still needed.
