My approach

Through 1 on 1 coach discussions as well as team discussions and /or interventions the difficult themes are worked through and action points are formulated. The underlying methodology I use is Insights Discovery (colour preference) and Lenccione.

Competency development coaching

Power To You offers coaching to develop specific compentency development for business owners and leaders. Insights Discovery is the underlying methology to look at and strengthen leaderhship competencies. Coaching can be combined with workshops on Insights Discovery.

The underlying methology I use are Insights Discovery and Enneagram.

Power To You offers H.R. professionals a mentoring trajectory. Often it is lonely at the top and it can be useful to receive a sounding board and advice from +25 years in different H.R. roles and different sectors.

Furthermore, I will ask you challenging questions to do away with limiting beliefs that stop you from taking action. I will invite you to reflect on successes, investigate what the right strategy is to move forward. I will encourage you to stay confident of yourself and your competencies when it’s going tough. I will ask you to reflect on which efforts lead to nothing so that you can focus more on what to give your energy to to be successful, all agreed in terms of how you like to be mentored
